At BioIQ, Bellante created the first digital health platform for home diagnostics, built a B2C and B2B technology model, navigated a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, survived  economic cycles, acquired multiple companies, built a high performance management team, fostered a mission-driven culture, raised over $50M in capital, sold the company, delivered high returns to investors, and positively impacted over 20M lives. In the final 2 years leading to exit, Bellante grew revenue by over 500% and achieved profitability while maintaining the same headcount and shifting to a remote workforce. This growth engine and performance was the result of relentless study, coaching, mentoring, network building, recruiting, focus on the voice of the customer (VOC), and dedication to the mission — adaptation while following the north star of mission, vision, and values.
